Havering Catering’s Angelo Palam named STAR Awards 2026 finalist!

We’re delighted to share that Angelo Palam, Service Operations Manager at Havering Catering, has been named a finalist in the Colleague of the Year category at Havering Council’s STAR Awards 2026.

Angelo is one of four finalists shortlisted for the award, which recognises colleagues making an outstanding contribution through their work.

The annual STAR Awards celebrate the brilliant people, teams and work taking place across Havering Council, with this year’s finalists selected following a fantastic range of nominations from across the organisation.

Being shortlisted is a brilliant achievement and a well-deserved moment of recognition for Angelo and the contribution he makes as part of the HES Catering team.

The finalists will be celebrated at the STAR Awards ceremony on 16 September, where the winners will be announced.
