Our Ingredients

We source our ingredients with the utmost care, including MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certified fish, RSPCA Assured meat and poultry, which champions farm animal welfare and free-range chickens, organic milk and yogurts, free-range eggs and pork, as well as Fairtrade and LEAF produce. Sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint are central to our mission, and we make every effort to source locally, minimising food mileage.
